On April 6th Belly Celebrated his 26th birthday at Atelier in Toronto, and on Wednesday, April 7th, he celebrated live on national television at the MuchMusic studios. Both evenings were a great turn out and Belly enjoyed his birthday among friends, colleagues and affiliates! In the session two songs were finalized "I do this" and "Make It Go." Both songs made it on Belly's recent mixtape with DJ Smallz "Back For the First time." The tape also features Snoop Dogg, Kurupt, the late Stack Bundles, P Reign and more.

After months of successful promo, Belly releases third video this year “What if I” to an online audience.

"What If I" was produced by Miami-based by Danny Boy from Blackout Movement [Mims-This is why I’m hot] and was recorded in Miami. Eventhough this song did not appear on the mixtape “Back for the First Time” with DJ Smallz [click to download], it’s one of Belly’s favorites. The mixtape has received great reviews by fans both old and new, as well as critics internationally. A video for "Hot Girl" ft. Snoop Dogg and "So Gone" were released earlier this year. "What If I" was directed by Jordan Towers in Niagara Falls, Canada.

Believe it or not, I woke up this morning with an urge to listen to Jimi.. After changing my Facebook status to "excuse me while i kiss the sky" and posting this performance from YouTube, I realized that one my friends posted "RIP JIMI HENDRIX". After some quick googling I found out that today marks the anniversary of his unfortunate death.. I honestly DID NOT KNOW until now.. Could be a coincidence, I don't think it was. I think I woke up riding the right wave, and he was right there riding it with me.. RIP Jimi... You were and still are one of the greatest to ever do it.. Now, excuse me while i kiss the sky!!!

This past weekend in M.I.A. was crazy!!

I flew down there 3 weeks ago to kick it with the team, and I never wanted to leave. The weather, the people, the work, the vibe....just made a great environment.

You'll be reading a lot from me [Lola] in the future as I am now part of the 7Days n 7 Nights blog team!

So let me brief you on what you missed this past weekend in MIA

Lil Kim had a birthday weekend and of course CP Records was out from Thursday to Sunday celebrating. We went from Mansion, Liv, Take One, Boat Cruise, Karu & Y, Tootsies, King of Diamonds and back to Mansion all in 4 days. Some of the people we partied with were Lil Kim, Lisa Raye, Bryant Mckinnie, Trina, Lil Scrappy, Busta Rhymes, DJ Clue, S&S, Gravy and many more. Check out the pictures to see how it went down!
